Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we ship within the United States.


Total delivery time: 3-7 business days


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service. Our chosen couriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, consistently facilitate the delivery of your items from our warehouse.

Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within an estimated 3 to 4 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Orders Processing 

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color.

Orders will be processed within 12 to 24 hours of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is shipped out.    

Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details in your inbox. In case you cannot locate it, please check your spam folder. Feel free to contact us without hesitation if you require another confirmation.

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered, we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists, kindly email us at contact@wrapango.com.

Lost in Transit

In the rare occurrence of a package being lost in transit, we want our valued customers to rest assured that we are fully committed to their satisfaction. Your peace of mind matters to us.

In such cases, we take immediate action to investigate the situation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation confirms the loss of your package, we will gladly support you by offering a replacement with express shipping, completely free of charge.

Our aim is not only to satisfy our customers but also to compensate for any inconvenience caused.

Delayed Shipments

If your order is taking longer than expected and hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact our customer support team at contact@wrapango.com. We will check what's happening, talk to our shipping partners, and we will get back to you with a solution.

While we work diligently to minimize any shipping interruptions, we appreciate your understanding in situations where delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Rest assured that your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues related to delayed shipments swiftly and efficiently.

Wrapango is proud to partner with ShipAid, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting ShipAid at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with ShipAid by visiting our resolve center and receive a replacement for a small shipping fee or receive a 110% store credit for the item, which could be used to buy a new product. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use ShipAid package protection at checkout.

NOTE: Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed within 3 days after the package was marked as “delivered”. After that we’d assume that you’ve got your package and the protection is not liable to cover the theft of the order if it was not addressed within the above mentioned timeframe.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 10 days (20 days for international) from the date it was supposed to be delivered and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you do not purchase ShipAid package protection, Wrapango is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered, or damaged packages. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been received by the shipping courier.

Please reference your tracking number and contact your local post office or/and courier for the most up-to-date information regarding your package.
