We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get a refund. We have one of the best refund policies out there and we will be glad to offer you a refund if the product matches the requirements.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days - if 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be packed in it's original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, used items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@wrapango.com and our Customer service team will be happy to assist you in repairing the faulty product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please not that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.The next steps it contact your bank directly. Damaged or Defective item(s)
We make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we apologize in advance if they do. In the unlikely event that you encounter either of these situations, we have a process in place to assist you.
If you receive a product with quality issues or inaccuracies, we kindly request that you take a clear photo of the item(s) and send it to us via email within 7 days of receiving the items. Please include your order number in the email and send it to contact@wrapango.com. Once we receive your email and confirm the issue, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
It's important to note that if more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange, except in cases where the items are faulty or damaged.
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, damage resulting from improper use or maintenance, product modifications, accidents, loss, or theft. These situations will not be eligible for a refund.
