  4. Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes preferences change. If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return it within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  5. For an Exchange: If you received the wrong product or would like to exchange it for a different item, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  6. Wrong Product Received: If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or other details to verify the error.
