- Return the new, unopened items to us within 60 calendar days of ordering.
- Simply contact our support team at contact@wrapango.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
- For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges. Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
- Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
- You have the right to cancel this contract within 60 days. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email or our contact form of your decision to cancel this contract.
- If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, which may be included in the total product price.
- If you cancel a product that is not yet processed, packaged or fulfilled, we will reimburse the full price.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. For some types of products, we may have to inspect the current situation of the product upon arrival in our warehouse. If the inspection is complete and the item is not damaged, we will issue you a refund.
- You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return or refund. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Wrapango cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
